We first confirm whether the documents and questions are suitable for review, then agree the deliverable, timing and fee. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to pay.

The review does not inspect goods, certify products, authenticate a bank account or guarantee that a supplier will fulfil an order. Actual landed costs and regulatory obligations may need other evidence or specialist advice.
